Meet the Team
Masters of converting young people of today into Leaders for tomorrow.
Natalie Fsadni
Chief Scout
I have been involved in scouting and guiding since 1984, starting as a Girl Guide at the age of 10 and later moving to the Rangers at 14. By 16, I was helping with the Rabat Brownie Pack, eventually becoming the Brownie Guider in 1992 until May 2000. At 15, I attended my first international camp, Olave’89 in Sussex, celebrating Olave Baden Powell’s centenary. In 1993, I earned the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award after completing the final expedition in Dorset, UK. In July 2011, I joined Baden Powell Scouts Malta as a Wolf Cub Leader with Mtarfa B-P Scout Group. I also served as the Federation’s General Secretary from 2017 to February 2022, when I was appointed Chief Scout. Additiona

I am proud to be a Scout leader with Baden Powell Scouts Malta. My love for adventure began in Plymouth, Devon, where I explored the outdoors with friends. At 12, I joined a local scout group, learning essential skills like kayaking and camping. After a pause, I returned to scouting in 2016 as a Scout Leader with St. Paul’s Bay Sea Scouts. Achieving the rank of Group Scout Leader required dedication and continuous learning. I am passionate about kayaking and charity work, organizing an annual charity hike that has been successful for eight years. Additionally, I have participated in several WFIS Workshops and General Assemblies abroad, and I was part of the organizing team for the WFIS General Assembly held in Malta in 2019. I attended all National Troop Camps and in-house training, notably the Wolf Fang (2023) and Acorn (2024) organized by the Scout Federation.

Chief Scout
I currently serve as the Assistant Group Scout Leader (AGSL) for the Baħrija Baden Powell Scout Group. In addition to this role, I am a Wolf Cub Scouts Leader and have been actively involved in scouting for the past 10 years. Previously, I had the honour of being the first Public Relations Officer for our Scout Federation. As AGSL, I work closely with the Group Scout Leader and fellow Scouters, contributing my energy and knowledge to ensure the smooth operation of our group. This role gives me insight into all aspects of running a successful scout group, and I find it both interesting and incredibly rewarding.
